Initial consultation

Working Concept

After Planning, our team of experts MEP Engineers and Interior designers, will prepare shop drawings and get approval from the client, PMC, architect, consultant. Also, will highlights well in advance to get the prior approval for Non Tender items or if any cost escalations to the delivery challenges.

We aim to provide not just to deliver the projects.but we are also highly consider's the Quality, EHS and desired Milestone's.
We will give long life, what we used to be a formless designed concept. As well as we will dig deeper into the details. We will make it as a point to the all of us client projects. We will also manage to have the right materials, safety protocol and maintained integrated records.

Project Team

To guarantee the excellent outputs, we are maintaining the smooth communication between us & our clients, PMC, Consultant, architects. We are equipped with skilled project manager's & Engineer's, who keeps the track of each & every progress of the work and would immediately report the issues about project to mitigate the problems.

HandOver

As the project gets completed we will hand over everythings to our clients, and also will make sure that, how to operate and maintain's the all elements, including installations of fixed appliances and landscape.

About us

R&M Electrical was established in 2013 by Mr. V. Ilayaraja –Managing Director having more than 15 years experience in various aspects in the Interiors. He had worked for a MNC as MANAGER – PROJECTS and executed close to 3 million sft IT Parks in Chennai. His core strengths are in Project Planning, Cost management and Progress control abilities in Execution with resource management. We have a team of 15 Engineers with different facet in the Fitout Industry. R&M is a young specialist organization providing services in various areas and brings together broad-minded individuals from a wide range of disciplines and encourages them to look beyond the constraints of their own specialization. R&M has established a reputation of ensuring customer satisfaction through competent, timely, and cost effective solutions. We maintain a Strong Competitive Edge through Efficiency and Flexibility.
